Information and Referral Services

Nearly every region in the nation has an Area Agency on Aging equipped to help you find social service programs to help the person you care for. (If you are unsure about the agency closest to the person you care for, contact the federal Eldercare Locator.) Other agencies can help connect you to existing programs, depending on your family needs and the condition of the patient.
