About Us: Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley


Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley has been serving St. Lawrence County residents since 1983. We are a nonprofit organization of health care professionals committed to providing compassionate care and support to the seriously ill and their families. Our focus is on the comfort needs of our patients. By offering physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support to patients and their families, we help all involved live life fully. Last year, we cared for 458 patients in St. Lawrence County and offered support to their family members accross the country.
