Serving Petaluma, Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Novato, Sonoma and surrounding communities

Events and Fundraising

Our hospice services are provided to anyone in our service area regardless of their ability to pay and, it is because of the generous support of community members that we are able to continue to provide these services.

As a service of St. Joseph Health System – Sonoma County, our programs raise necessary funds through events and donations for community services. These funds support compassionate, comprehensive medical hospice care for under insured patients nearing the end of life; spiritual and social services support for patients and family members; grief support services for children, teens and adults; training for caregiver and grief support volunteers, community education to provide awareness about end of life questions and concerns; and Latino patient care and grief support services.

Light Up a Life -2013

Join us at one of our annual community tree lightings and evening of remembrance...

Sunday, December 1, at 5pm

Friday, December 6, at 7pm at Center Park in Petaluma

Saturday, December 7, at 6pm
at Railroad Square Depot in Santa Rosa

Sunday, December 8, at 6pm

Since 1986 our hospice programs have been presenting the annual Light Up a Life events.  These evenings include a community tree lighting, music, inspiration and rememberance during the holiday season.

Hundreds of white lights will shine bright on our hospice tress, named in honor or memory of a loved one.  With a gift of $10 you can name a light and an acknowledgement card will be sent on your behalf to notify others of your gift of light.

The names of those honored or memorialized will be on display in our Honor & Memory Book at each event.

Join us at any or all of our Light Up A Life events for an evening of inspiration and hope, surrounded by the support of others in our community!
