Horizon Hospice is committed to supporting patients and their families by also supporting the persons who serve them: you, the professionals in our community. Like birth, death touches us on many levels: socially, spiritually, physically, and psychologically. Whether you are directly involved in the delivery of medical care, or have clients who find themselves coping with serious illness, you have the ability to touch these families profoundly during a vulnerable life passage.

We even offer tips for professional self-care to help you avoid burnout and replenish your internal well.
